Featuring blades with a polyurethane base and special integrated carbide inserts for cleaning conveyor belts at small-diameter pulleys. Suitable for reversible belt installations. Scraper blade overlap is achieved through the combination of blades in long and short design ensuring perfect cleaning results across the entire scraping width.
The raster tensioning device was especially designed for cleaning conveyor belts at the pulley of belt installations with small pulley diameters. The Series 800 was designed for easy and efficient setting of the belt cleaner via the raster tensioning device. The model 830/832 uses a quick tensioning device to allow easy tensioning and releasing of the scraper.
