STARCLEAN® to unveil a world première at Schüttgut 2017 in Dortmund

F.E. Schulte Strathaus GmbH & Co. KG will be exhibiting once again at this year’s Schüttgut fair with its STARCLEAN^® conveyor technology and Cyrus vibration technology brands.

STARCLEAN^® will be presenting a fully automatic primary scraper with linear drive, guaranteeing automatic readjustment of the scraper segments right up until the wear limit!

The system’s highlight is that it boasts an intelligent self-learning function!
This innovative learning program measures the scraper segments’ respective level of wear and autonomously sets the required pressure.

Additional features:

• The scraper is folded automatically depending on the conveyor direction or load state
• Cleaning takes place at intervals
• The scraper segments’ wear state is visualised using the traffic light principle

Moreover, we will showcase our closed Safebelt^® belt conveyor with an impressive 1:1 scale exhibit. Following on from the success of the 800 mm variant, the Safebelt^® is now also available in the 1400 mm belt width.
